The Complete Group Guarantee

The customer has a 10 year guarantee for the windows, doors etc fitted under a specific invoice and subject to the terms and conditions on the reverse of the pink copy of contract.

• Every Complete installation is also covered by probably the best insurance backed guarantee available on the market today, issued by the CPA (Consumer Protection Association, our Reg. No. 1980) of which we give you for that extra peace of mind that you may be looking for.
  
  
• All locks, hinges, handles and any other hardware carry the manufacturers guarantee.
  
  
• All aluminium finish, white, brown, black, silver carry the extruders guarantee of 10 years.
  
  
• Guarantees for Harwood finishes depend on what is used as the final coat of preservative.
  
  
• All double glazed sealed units ( FENSA compliant ) carry the manufacturers guarantee.

All of the above guarantees start from the date of invoice.

The installation is covered for leaks and draughts for a period of 10 years subject to them not being a result of broken locks, hinges, handles either out of guarantee or misuse or abuse of the said items.

This guarantee does not cover the breakage of glass (by others) after the installation has been carried out.

Any issues not covered in the above guarantee are dealt with in the terms and conditions of contract.
